Q. How long does the application process take?

A lender will contact you within a few minutes to a few hours, depending upon the time you submit your application and the lender’s current application volume. When the lender contacts you, they may have some clarification questions for you before they make you a loan offer (if you qualify). In some rare instances, we will not have a lender in your immediate area and you will not be contacted with a loan offer.
